"Grimy Grub" is a more thorough and more organized version of TMJ4's "Dirty Dining." A website, stickers, magnets, and keychains with a 50's retro style will inform people about the Health Inspection Records of local restaurants.
I like the idea of the retro 50's diner but I think the idea that relates your concept TO the dining aspect of it is missing. The girl sweeping the floor makes me think of a maid or manual labor but not food. I think the image you should aim for is that of a sign for one of those dinners. This example is extremely ugly but this is what I am thinking of. an outline or w/e of people eating and the sign being gross and sleazy like that of a nasty truck stop.
